Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A fully verified account is required to make a withdrawal. Currency Policy

Section 4 — Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus Usage Terms

  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gaming.
  • Certain games may not contribute fully to the wagering requirement calculation.
  • Each promotional offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
  • It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

Benefits increase as you move up the tiers, and at the Diamond tier it is possible to earn up to 0.8% cashback per week. Separate terms and conditions apply to VIP tiers.

Section 5 — Gaming Policy & Prohibited Conduct
